At the Fog Line in the Swiss Jura (2)

The Passwang is a mountain ridge in the Canton Solothurn. It has a length of 22 kilometers and runs west-to-east. The Passwang has several peaks; the ‘Vogelberg’ is the highest with 1’204 meters above sea level. On clear days the vistas from there are awesome, with the whole Swiss Plateau (Mittelland) laid out southwards and the spectacular alpine panorama lined up beyond.

Today’s image was taken on the trail up to the Passwang ridge. The higher I got the longer were the ice crystals of the hoarfrost.
