Today’s photo was captured during my descent from Hasenmatt summit [1’444 m above sea level] to the upper station of the Weissenstein cable car (1’276 m above sea level). When I got there, it was still sunny with a few centimeters of snow on the ground.
Hiking down on snow-covered trails I often find more difficult than hiking up. One must be very focused. Slipping on these steep trails is no option!
