Winter Flowers (5)

Winter Flowers (5)

Closed rose buds can survive the first light frosts well. Open flowers, on the other hand, die away after just one night of frost.

Further blooms can be induced by cutting out wilted flowers. To do this, cut them away directly above the first fully developed leaf with seven pinnate, partial leaves.
