Today’s image shows a 13-story townhouse next to Basel’s Trade Fair Tower. The townhouse, nowadays called ‘Rosental Appartmenthaus Nexxt’, was built about 4 years ago during the redesign of the Messeplatz. The ground floor accommodates public uses while there are flexible office spaces as well as 81 different-sized apartments on the upper floors.
