The Wiese is a river, 58 kilometers long, and a right-hand tributary of the river Rhine in southwest Germany and northwest Switzerland.

The Wiese rises on the southern slope of the ‘Feldberg’ at a height of about 1’200 m. The source is edged by natural stones, from which an inconspicuous rivulet flows southwards. Within only a few kilometers the rivulet transforms into a vigorous creek.
