Trübtensee Falls in the Grimsel Area (Canton of Bern)

The Grimsel area in the Bernese Alps is a landscape of stunning granite rock formations, reservoirs and glaciers. It offers some spectacular hikes, ranging from easy strolls to challenging climbs on vertical granite walls.

The Grimselpass (2’165 m) is located on the watershed between the North Sea and the Mediterranean. It connects the valley of the Aar river in the canton of Bern with the valley of the Rhone river in the canton of Valais.
