For me – a true landlubber – the sunrises and sunsets on Vlieland are amazing, and each one is different. I also love how the sea looks different every day, as if it has its own character and mood swings. One day it is all murky, full of white foam and huge roaring waves, and the second it stays almost silent, reflecting the clear blue sky above.
